Virgin Coconut Oil Body Lotion

I had been looking for a long time for a Coconut body lotion that does not contain Phenoxyethanol like a lot of other brands. I was hopeful that this would be a good replacement. The lotion is quite thin in consistency which is neither a positive or a negative to the product. It doesn't soak into the skin very fast even using a small amount seems to sit on top of the skin for a while. The biggest negative however is the smell. Whilst there is a smell of coconut it is quite sour and really not very pleasant. I will use the product up as it does not cause any irritation and doesn't have anything bad in it but I doubt I will purchase again as the smell is too off putting when applying it.

I agree with previous reviews that this product smells off. The original scent is there but there is also a distinct smell of degraded product, and it also immediately caused some irritation. Not safe to use.

Love Dr Organic soaps, creams and lotions. They are such great value compared to other "natural" brands and contain much of the same ingredients for a fraction of the price.

Smells great but takes a lot to rub it in to the skin

I’m thoroughly baffled as to how this is advertised as coconut. It smells like air : NOTHING. What’s even worse is that there are no refunds for this. Absolutely appalling. Daylight robbery

The bottle came open and the lid doesn't close. Since there's no protective film it's a bit concerning as there's no way to tell how long this has been open for. It arrived on time, no fault of the delivery person as the parcel envelope was intact.

It's a shame since reformulation this is no longer perfume free but that's just personal preference.

This product honestly stinks. It’s smells absolutely nothing like coconut even though they’ve put it in the name and on the cover. Feel super misled and disappointed. What’s worse there’s no refunds.

I have used Dr Organic Coconut Oil Lotion for a few years. I find that it is easily absorbed and keeps my hands soft. I also find that it clears up any mild irritation or inflamed pinkish area in only one or two days. A little goes a long way. Recommended.

Lovely lightweight cream which absorbs into the skin easily. Not greasy at all. It does not smell strongly of coconut so not unpleasant at all. The only downside is that it is a bit pricy.

Ordered this after I was given a free sample, and found it so good . I am allergic to many different hand and body creams, but this caused no reaction at all. Has a lovely smell to it and is non-greasy. A great product. Ended up buying several products from their range. All good.

Used this lotion for years, it’s non sticky, contains no nasty ingredients, nourishes the skin all day and excellent for under makeup application.

Good tried and tested product

For years I have never found a hand cream that does not leave a slight film remaining but this product did the trick. It is none sticky, easy to apply with no after stickiness. I bought three more tubes as I love it.

Se lo compro a mi pareja que dice que le gusta mucho, aparte mirando en aplicaciones y demás, parece que los ingredientes que usan para la crema son buenos, no hay químicos que yo recuerde y si los hay son mínimos

no wonder the price was so heavily reduced. Its smells off, only slightly but off. Non of the other nice scents other people mention in their reviews. No point sending it back as I have to pay for postage. If you are going to buy this wait until the price goes up. Maybe then it will be a fresh product. No use by date on it, so it could be years old...disappointed.

This is a very good lotion but almost half of the tube was filled with air!

Ottima crema, molto idratante, ha la giusta consistenza e si assorbe molto facilmente, delicata sulle pelli più sensibili (questo è il suo punto forte) profumazione molto delicata, peccato sappia poco di cocco ma in realtà penso sia un punto a suo favore in quanto non contiene profumi aggiunti

La crema corpo è abbastanza densa e idratante, io la uso soprattutto in autunno e inverno. Profumo impercettibile

Dr organic products are really good. Expecially if your thinking about using natural product for sensitive skin. The coconut body lotion, it's really good, it will leave the skin soft and mosturised. I really raccomande this product

This product is available online now whilst stocks last as it is not sold locally now. It is a superb moisturiser which sinks into the skin to nourish more than other creams do, and is good for the psoriasis, where other creams sit on top of the skin. The package was delivered promptly and wrapped suitably.

I absolutely love this product. Been using it for several years now. I've tried quite a few from the range, This one really suits my skin with a wonderful smell. Devastated to be told today that Holland and Barrett aren't stocking it anymore
