Love this. Pleasant light scent, a small amount covers a large facial area. Personally I think it’s a good skin cleanser and works well on combination skin as part of a skin care routine. Loving the fact it’s an effective organic product and accredited by Soil Association amongst others. Packaging recyclable. Happy customer. 👍🏽

Super moisturizing a wonderful cleanse for my face I love it

My skin feels very good, smooth, and healthy when I use the product. The ingredients are known to promote healthy skin and there is no bad smell at all. I do find it to be a bit on the expensive side for the amount of product, but it is definitely working to help my skin feel better and healthier.

I have been using this consistently and haven't noticed any issues with my skin so far. I do a 7 step skin care routine with the first step as cleansing. This is the first time I've used a balm type thicker cream instead of an oil. It's nice that you can travel with it, it comes out thick, almost solid like and when you rub it in your skin or warm it up it melts. This is nice when taking off your makeup, sunscreen, etc but I would not use it as your only cleanser since it makes my skin feel a little too greasy after. I follow it up with a foam type of cleanser or an astrigent/toner. Scent is pleasant enough and feels good on the skin. I have sensitive skin and haven't noticed any issues. No acne breakouts either which is a plus.

This is a great cleansing balm for removing dirt and makeup. I recommend using this first to remove makeup and then going in with a second cleanser after. Works exactly as described and leaves no trace of makeup or dirt behind.

Dr. Organic Ageless Cleansing Balm with Seaweed is a strange cleanser, at least for me. I am still giving this three stars despite not liking it because I do have sensitive skin and didn't have any interactions. Despite it feeling like you will never get it cleaned from your skin, it does leave your skin soft. But the consistency and the difficulty removing it is not great for me personally.

I am pleasantly surprised by how much I like this Dr. Organic Ageless Cleansing Balm with Seaweed. This is a clear balm with a pleasant tree tea scent. It dispenses thick, but thins out when mixed with water. It has small beads that help with exfoliation and it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. A little goes a long way, too. Definitely have a soft cloth handy to wipe away residue as it is difficult to remove with water alone. I recommend!

I am from the school of thought that you rub the thing on the other thing to make the other thing clean. This works like that, but they want my skin dry beforehand for some reason. Okey dokey. After the fairly quick process, I did feel cleaners and my skin felt nice and soft.

Ok, so let me start by saying this gel cleaner gave me an amazing result, after 2 weeks of daily use.
But it's very important to note that this is a cleansing gel, not foam wash! And cleansing gels are usualy sticky and need to be rubbed on the face then removed with a wash cloth or cotton pad using lukewarm water, then the face can be washed as a last step and dryed with a soft towel, and the result of all this work is rewarding! A smooth, clean and hydrated skin.
Do I love it? Yes, but I make sure to enjoy my face cleaning routine every night and on nights where I'm super tired I just don't use it.
Do I recommend it? Yes, if you like your daily face care routine and like or have the time to take care and clean your skin.

This does not seem like a cleaner as it feels super oily. It goes on and takes forever to get off and still makes your skin feel slimy.

Dr. Organic Ageless Cleansing Balm is a different experience for sure! I've never used a cleansing balm and wasn't sure what to expect. The first time I used it, I squeezed out WAY too much. I thought I would never get it back off of my face. After that I learned to just use a small amount and it's better but still a little weird. It's the middle of winter right now and we are facing temps in the upper teens to low 20's for highs, so right now I am loving the extra protection it seems to be giving my skin. I'm not sure how I will feel about it in summer, it may be too heavy for my liking then. I don't wear makeup except occasionally eye liner and mascara, so I can't really speak to the effectiveness of makeup removal.

I was pleasantly surprised that when I scanned it with the Yuka app it scored 100/100,so at least I know there aren't a bunch of harmful ingredients in it that are being left on my skin.

As others have mentioned, they must have changed their formula lately as the tube has labels over the original information. I was a little put off by that at first, but after I thought about it kudos to them for using up the packaging they had rather than sending them to the landfill. The old instructions say it leathers into a creamy milk, the new instructions don't mention this so apparently it's not meant to do that.

I generally just use homemade goat milk soap on my face, but if this stuff keeps my face from getting chapped this winter I will consider buying another tube for next winter.

This cleansing balm is pretty thick in consistency, so a little goes a long way.
It reminds me of Vaseline. It does feel greasy on my face but cleans well and comes off easily without leaving behind a residue. My face felt clean, soft and moisturized.

If you have dry, sensitive skin like me this might be a great fit for you. It goes on like a smoothable balm with and removes my face makeup quite well. I have not had any sensitivities and notice that when I rinse, there is still a barrier left on the skin which I simply wipe gently with a wash cloth. I love the way my skin feels hydrated after using and it feels clean. If you have oily skin, this might not work for you but for my extremely dry skin, this works wonders and locking in moisture and calming my skin before I go to bed.

This is not a cleanser. It is a dense oil which does not react to water. It does not suds up and is not a moisturizer for people's faces. It went into the trash.

This cleanser is incredibly nourishing and gentle on the skin. It melts away makeup and impurities without causing any dryness or irritation. The little beads provide a deep exfoliation, leaving my skin feeling smooth, hydrated, and refreshed. I even used it on my hands, and they felt unbelievably soft afterward! Knowing it's made with sustainably sourced organic seaweed and packaged in eco-conscious materials makes me love it even more. Highly recommend for all skin types!

It is moisturizing but that is about all that I can say positive about it. It is extremely thick (hard to get out of tube) and then very greasy. Before I try anything on my face, I tried it on my hands. I felt like I had opened a jar of petroleum jelly and used it. It took several tries with soap and water to get rid of the greasy feeling. I can see using this for moisturizing (maybe) but nothing else.

First off this came with stickers on it covering the amount and ingredients list, so it kind of feels like it may be a knockoff? If it’s not, it certainly feels like it may be. The product was very hard to get out of the container, but once started it seemed to be a bit easier.

This takes my makeup off well, but stays on the washcloth when I try to rinse it off. I don’t like that.

I’ll be sticking with my usual favorite makeup remover balm and not use this one again. It does work to remove makeup, but I don’t like how it stays on the washcloth afterward.

I absolutely despised how this felt on my face. It was so thick and oily. It had a weird scent too. It was sooo hard to get this off of my face. It was heavy,and my face felt gross for the whole day.

I like this organic product containing seaweed. I love the way it melts, loosens, and removes my makeup. However, I did have a problem with my tube. If I remember correctly, it is sealed with a bit of fil that you peel. I couldn't get the product to come out of the tube conventionally; something like this should be in a better tube or a jar. No one likes impossible packaging only to frustrate, which also takes away from the product's value. Otherwise, I like this stuff a lot. It is somewhat slick, yet if you rinse it off, it will not leave you greasy. It is mild and hasn't caused a reaction. And it can be excellent for your skin.

This can be shared with loved ones if the one you order doesn't have the same issue.

It is a good product for a decent price, yet there are strikes against it.

For starters - This is pricey, but very good for dry skin like mine. (Took one star off because it has such a high price). All natural and Vegan too.
Yes, it does look like Vaseline, but it immediately melts into a nice liquid-like balm. The product has gentle exfoliation properties - with emphasis on gentle - which I need also.

I've heard good things about Dr. Organic products, so I was excited to try this cleansing balm. However, I ended up being disappointed. The balm is very oily. It's not the typical texture I have come to expect from cleansing balms. I already have oily skin in some places, and this seemed to make my skin even more oily. My face did feel hydrated after using it, but also it felt like I was going to break out from all the oil. It feels like rather than cleansing, my pores are going to end up getting clogged. This didn't work out for me. I won't be using it again. Maybe it'd be better for someone with dry skin. On another note, I have sensitive skin, and this did not irritate my skin. It didn't have any noticeable fragrance.

Interesting face wash, not like any I have used in the past. It is somewhat thicker and resembles texture on skin of like a thicker oil, almost like vasoline. A little product goes a long way. Good cleaning power. I had a hard time knowing when it was good enough off my skin since it leaves a hydrating film sort of. Like when your skin is wet if you were to scratch your skin more product would come off. Once dry your skin feels so hydrating without being oily. I did not even need face lotion in addition. Did not cause breakouts. Fairy neutral smell. Would recommend if you want a hydrating face wash, I plan to use about half the time rotating days with my standard cleanser.

Dr. Organic Ageless Cleansing Balm with Seaweed was a real disappointment. I was so looking forward to trying this cleansing balm, especially because it was geared towards sensitive skin. However, the actual product was lackluster. Aside from the unpleasant scent, the texture of the cleansing balm was off-putting to say the least, it felt oily and a bit slimy. After smelling it and feeling it on my hands, I didn't feel confident trying it on my face.
