Evoke Joy Heavenly Face Mask

The Dr Organic Evoke Joy Heavenly Face Mask pot is a very thick cream like face mask which is easy to apply and relatively easy to remove - though a couple of flannels are recommended to make it easier.

It makes the skin feel really hydrated afterwards without the thick oily after effect of some other face masks, which is great.

The pot size is adequate - a tad bigger would have been nicer in terms of value of money but it gives you the option to be as liberal with the applications as you’d like to be.

I’ve only just discovered dr organic and I have to say the products are amazing. My skin is super sensitive and this product has made the world of difference and no reactions!

Since hitting menopause (it seems face first!) I’m now experiencing dry flaky somewhat itchy skin that seems to be far more sensitive.

I regard this mask as ‘my time’ and its glorious scent helps me unwind and relax.

So far I’m happy.
When I look at my skin after I eat used it I always seem to look better, and my skin seems more nourished and less flaky.
Any red areas are reduced and it looks calmer overall.

The mask is creamy and rich, and goes a long way.
It’s certified organic and doesn’t contain any fillers, synthetic nasties, and hasn’t cause me any irritation whatsoever.

In my opinion it is fairly priced, and has a positive impact on my skin.

Great face mask to boost your skin dehydration. I have really dehydrated skin and this mask is absorbed extremely quickly. Skin feels so soft after use of this mask. After use I do not feel that my skin is so dry and I don't see any skin flakes. This is very reassuring for me. The smell of the mask is amazing as well.
I had no side effects from using this mask.

Absolutely adored this mask. The scent is gorgeous and it has an amazing texture that doesn’t feel too thick. It literally melts into your skin. So relaxing. I was amazed by how quickly it soaked into my skin. I had dry skin on my nose which has totally gone. I have used it every night, not sure if that’s too often but I really loved the way it made my skin feel.

I have quite sensitive skin on my face and like other reviewers, I noticed a mild tingly sensation when applying this face mask and my skin was quite red like I had a rash across it however this didn't hurt. After this faded my skin did feel smoother, but I would avoid using this in the future as it's not suitable for my skin.

I love a lot of the Dr Organic cosmetic ranges, I've used many over the years from shampoos to deodorants to face creams, so I was excited to try this face mask as one of my resolutions is to do more self-care and pamper days! My combination skin has been dry this winter and this mask adds some serious moisture back into my skin...id never heard of mimosa or sacha inchi in cosmetics before but find it adds hydration to my face as well as a soothing effect that leaves my skin feeling very soft well after I've washed the mask off. Only time will tell if the price point is worth it for the size and the effects you get but for me its a fair price considering you use a small amount each time to cover the entire face

First the good news, it works. I've always taken care of my skin. I love this face mask! I wish it came in different packaging. It smells so nice, which I enjoy. After I wash it off I put on vitamin C serum and lotion, and my skin looks brighter, like I just got a facial. I use it once a week and can tell a difference when I do. I’ll purchase again once mine runs out.

I like using this product – it smells pleasant but not overly perfumed, causes no irritation or sensitivity (although I do not have problem skin so wouldn’t have expected any reactions). It just needs to be applied with fingers and patted onto the skin, leave it for five minutes and then wash it off. As expected, (and to be hoped for the price) my skin feels soft and hydrated after use. I’ll happily continue to use this and give my skin a treat a couple of times a week.

There's a nice subtle scent to it and it doesn't smell synthetic or chemically. The consistency is nice, the mask feels creamy and pleasant once applied, it’s not sticky, and it’s easy to wash off.

However it causes HORRIBLE acne! My skin becomes disgustingly oily, and I can’t emphasise how gross I feel after washing it off my face. Side note: I’m 28 years old and my skin is a combination of dry and oily

A super moisturising face mask that was easy to put on and left my skin looking brighter and feeling softer. It was easy to wash off too and didn’t leave my face too oily which was great. Overall I’m really happy with this and would definitely recommend it.

This face mask came very well packaged in a small 50 ml jar. The mask has a creamy texture, has a very light aroma, contains natural, organic and vegan ingredients. The mask is recommended to be used 2 times a week and kept for 5 minutes then washed with warm water. I have used it several times so far and I can say that my skin looks hydrated, soft and has not given me any irritation so far. I think it is a very good face mask but the price seems a bit high.

This mask is good for clearing my skin and making it even and appear brighter.
It’s easy to use and nice smell, I have been using this for 2 weeks, it keeps my skin so soft and hydrated. Some people might be worried about that greasy feeling, but if you use just the right amount you don't get that at all.
Well packed, also can be a decent present.

I wanted a new face mask and was drawn to this due to it's being organic and having natural ingredients.

The face mask comes in a nice small pot and although it's not that large, I've found that I don't need to use that much. After testing it first on my wrist to see whether I had any kind reaction, I then applied it and left it on my face for around 5 minutes before washing it off. It has quite a mild but not unpleasant scent. Afterwards my face did feel softer and smoother.

This face mask is organic and plant-based ingredients. The scent is to describe. It's not a feminine smell but like a medicinal scent.
I put this on and left it for a while but it started to feel quite tight as time went on, bordering on slightly stinging. I do have sensitive skin though so probably not for you if your skin gets irritated easily.
So most importantly, how was my skin after?
Sadly my skin was quite red. It did feel like it made my skin smoother but I just don't think its suited to my skin type so I wouldn't use it again.

The mask is creamy textured, and applies in quite a thin layer to the skin. I don't need much for an application, so it should last me quite a long time.

I left the mask on for 5 minutes, and I didn't get any reaction to the mask, it felt fine on my skin. After washing it off, my skin feels smooth and soft.

This face mask arrived in an attractive box, inside a stylish looking jar.
It contains 50ml of thick cream, which needs to be applied to the face in a thin layer for five minutes, before washing off with warm water/a warm cloth.
I found it easy to apply, it only needed a small amount to fully cover my face. After a couple of minutes I could feel that the cream had hardened slightly, resulting in a slightly stiff feeling on my face.
It washed off easily and left my skin feeling smooth and nourished. I did experience some heat within the skin for a few minutes after rinsing off but this didn't last and I didn't experience any other negative effects.
At £25, at time of review, it's fairly pricey but as you don't need to use a lot each time it should last a few months, making it reasonable value.

This face mask has a pleasant smell and a little goes a long way.
After washing off my skin felt clean but was not stripped of moisture, it felt soft. Topped with my normal moisturizer I then had soft glowy skin all day.

It does seem like a high quality face mask but unfortunately it didn't work well on my sensitive skin. The box and jar are sturdy and looks and feels expensive, the mask is a thick cream and it smell is very very subtle, you apply a thin layer to your skin for about 5 minutes and then wash it off or use a warm cloth to wipe it off. After a few minutes it felt very dry and tight on my face and and after about 4 minutes it started to sting so I wiped it off. Afterwards my skin felt very rubbery and dry, it also felt sore. If you have sensitive skin it's probably best to avoid this.

This face mask is great for dry or tired skin. The rich creamy texture feels hydrating as soon as you apply it. It has a lovely floral scent that's relaxing but not overpowering. After leaving it on for 15 minutes skin looked smoother with a nice glow

I recently started using this face mask and I've been impressed so far. The mask is quite rich and hydrating, leaving my skin feeling soft and supple. While the product recommends leaving it on for around 5 minutes, I found it a bit tingly on my skin. However, as someone with sensitive skin, I didn't experience any adverse reactions. After using it for a week or so, I've noticed a visible improvement in my skin's overall glow and texture. Its quite expensive but I'm happy with the product, feels more premium than some other I have used.

This mask has a velvety, rich, and creamy texture and comes in a lovely glass jar. However, as soon as I applied it, I felt a slight burning sensation—not extreme, but enough to know it’s not suitable for my skin. After washing it off after just 5 minutes, I noticed my skin had a reddish tint. It’s a shame because it seems like a beautiful product. The mask contains various oils and other ingredients like preservatives, so it’s hard to tell which ingredient might be causing the reaction for me.

I absolutely recommend this mask. It feels so good to the touch on my skin, which totally glows after using it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. It’s fantastic quality and is really soothing. The glow of leaves on my skin after using it is just awesome. You need to get this to pamper yourself. Also its definitely a great gift for someone.

The face mask is a lightweight cream with only a very subtle scent. I left it on for a couple of minutes (it advises 5), but it was stinging quite a lot so I wiped/rinsed it off sooner. My skin looks brighter and feels softer (as if I’ve exfoliated), but I’m not sure I could cope with the burning sensation every time. It's also on the pricey side (£25.00 at the time of writing my review).

I could not wait to try this Dr Organic Evoke Joy Heavenly Face Mask because I wanted to see if it would be heavenly for my skin. The product is well packaged in a premium-looking jar. The texture is creamy and smooth.
It was easy to apply and felt lightweight on my face. I left it on my skin for about 15 minutes when I felt my right cheek was slightly itchy. I washed it off immediately. Fortunately, my skin did not show any redness. I don't have sensitive skin so I didn't expect this happening. My skin did not feel moisturized after using this hydrating mask.

This face mask from Dr. Organic is beautifully packaged in an attractive jar, though the container is a bit small, holding only 50ml of product. With this amount, I estimate about six uses, though it may vary depending on how much you apply—personally, I like to be generous with it!

Upon application, the mask feels wonderfully soothing, has a pleasant scent, and dries evenly on the skin. It’s easy to rinse off, and afterward, my skin feels incredibly soft, with a noticeable radiance to my complexion. While it’s a bit of a splurge, I find it’s perfect as a weekly treat, and I would definitely purchase it again.

I wanted to like this product, as it promises everything I would want from a face mask: hydration and glow. The texture is like a thick moisturiser which I liked, and it dried after 5 minutes. However, around 5 minutes it started to burn my face, and the sensation remained even after washing off the mask. It didn't leave any side effects, and my skin was fine and looked hydrated, however I don't think I will continue using this due to the burning sensation. In addition, I found it quite heavily and unnecessarily scented which wasn't pleasant. For reference, I have dry sensitive skin, and wouldn't recommend for those with similar skin types.
