Skin Calm Probiotic Recovery Mask

Upon receiving this, I scanned the label for instructions, and was surprised to find there were none. I had no idea how much to apply, how often, and how long to leave it on for. It didn't come in a box, and there was no accompanying leaflet.

I eventually resorted to checking the Amazon listing and found the instructions in one of the images. Seems bizarre that they wouldn't think to include these on the label. This appears to be a weekly treatment that you leave on for five minutes.

I did this, and my skin did feel nice and soft afterwards. I suffer from dry skin during winter months, and this seems to help. As well as some guidance, though, I think this would be best supplied with a plastic seal, or at the very least inside a box.

This face cream comes exactly as it is with no box or plastic film to ensure it is hygienic. There isn’t a little cover on the inside either which most creams have. For that reason I am reluctant to put it on my face. I did put a small amount on my hand and it is a nice consistency. It was slow to absorb into my skin but seemed to rinse off easily enough. I can’t say that I noticed any difference on my hand but at least I didn’t get any reaction. However I do not trust any product that doesn’t have a tamper proof seal.

Only left on for 3 minutes, it irritated my skin, itched/burnt and made my face go red

I always keep a tub of this at home as it's great for dry skin flare ups. Only thing that ive tried that gets rid of dry patches almost immediately

I had a very bad bout of eczema which spread so badly it went on my face for the first time in my whole life! I was interested in this because of it being a probiotic cream, it smelled so gorgeous I wanted to eat it! Which made me super scared to put it on my face... Sometimes unscented moisturisers can make my skin sore... But this did not sting at all I was so surprised! It was so soothing I ended up lending the pot to my friend to use when he had bad skin on his face. Very happy with this purchase - as someone who suffers with eczema this really has been a welcome find.

Lovely flash mask I used a lot during the colder winter months to help maintain things. The cold wind did a number on my skin and this mask helped to rehydrate and nourish which in turn kept things in check. Definitely helps to have a good skincare routine alongside this mask but I do find this helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed using it x

Nice mask that isn't greasy and instantly abosrbs into my skin. It is very lightweight for a mask and washes off easily. Good value for money.

Good mask to apply at night that is comfortable and nice on my face.

I’ve used many dr organic items before and generally liked them but this mask unfortunately did not agree with me at all and brought me out in a reaction. I’m not sure what it could be as they usually have good natural ingredients and none of the nasties that other products have.

This comes in an unsealed 100ml tub which is a little bit suspicious to my accounts with some items sadly returned and not checked. However, it looked untouched. When applying for my daily moisturiser its not greasy and has a mild odd smell to it. It does feel a little bit sticky when drying however the feeling doesn’t last. My skin felt smooth and soft when leaving for a bit of time.
Overally it’s a good cream for the price and the product does seem to go along way. So I would recommend it

Perfectly presented with a high quality skin care which is easy to apply with a mild non overpowering scent.
Very easy to apply as part of a regime with no irritation and to be fair, very pleasant results with a greay hydrated and moisturised feel thats no doubt rejuvenating.

I’ll definitely purchase some when this runs out as it has surpassed my expectations and has been very effective for a natural application.

Great soothing mask. Easy to apply. The instructions say to leave and then wash it gently after. I haven't tried to leave it to absorb as some reviews suggest. It doesn't leave my skin greasy but nicely moisturised and soft. I've tried it on few dryer patches and it softens them nicely. Good cream.easy to apply. Good value.

Gorgeous mask... resolves tired and dried out skin problems in no time at all. If you like the outdoors but find that exposure to the wild hammers your skin then this is the stuff for you! We love to go to the beach and we also have sand dunes near to where we are. The salt and the sand make my skin cry out for help but this mask comes to the rescue.

This mask is very moisturising. Its animal testing free and it feels good on my skin. It comes with 100ml so it doesn't last that much. I enjoy how the cream feels as its soft and very creamy.

The skin mask is fairly easy to use, it is just a matter of spreading it on the face, leaving it for 5 mins and then rinsing it off.

It works well for hydrating my skin, and it left my skin feeling soft and smooth after. It didn't help with the redness I have around my cheeks, but there are so many causes of redness in skin and this is just not the answer for mine. It does make my skin feel healthier overall so I will be continuing to use it regardless.

After using it, my skin felt much more softer, with no lingering greasiness.

The cream is unscented and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin which is a huge plus for me. However, the lack of a seal or detailed instructions on the packaging is a bit disappointing as I would like to know a little more about the product.

I thought this item would be of use to me as I have pretty dry and sensitive skin. It does not go or become red but it can get irritated quite quickly. I tested the product on my palm and did not really feel any irritation but I did notice that it made my skin tingle a bit. I then tried it on my face and left it on for a while before washing it off. It was quite easy to wash off which was nice and I found that it made my face feel and look less dry which is a plus.

While I am not sure about the long term effects of this product, using it a few times has given me good results such as making my skin less dry. It has not reacted or gotten any allergic reactions so I feel that this mask is somewhat suitable for me and my current skin state.

As a result I am happy to recommend this product to others, but everyone and their skin is different so make sure you do a skin patch test before putting it on your face just to be sure!

This face mask arrived in an attractive pot with a screw top lid. The instructions for use are accessed by peeling back the label on the bottom.
The lid unscrewed easily and revealed the white coloured cream within. This had settled slightly oddly, making it look like a scoopful was missing. There's 100ml of cream in total and you only need to apply a thin layer to the skin, meaning this should last quite some time.
I found it really easy to apply and spread. You can feel it on the skin but it isn't tight or uncomfortable. After 5-10 minutes you simply wash it away with warm water.
My face did feel softer and nourished after use with no residual greasiness and I certainly didn't experienced any adverse effects.
At £12, at time of review, it's about what I'd expect to pay for a decent mask.

This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.

It comes well-presented as a nice, compact pot that is both easy to store and travel with. In terms of the cream itself, the consistency is good enough to 'build up' a couple of layers of the mask on the face, whilst it also does not have any scent.

I incorporated the mask into my shower routine, leaving it on my skin for around 5 minutes, then rinsing it off (I followed up with my usual wash and exfoliation). Afterwards, I immediately noticed that some of the angry red areas (caused by my skin condition) did look better - not completely gone, but definitely soothed.

In summary, a good value item that I will continue to use.

The mask goes on nicely. The scent is light and refreshing and fades quickly after being washed off. I got distracted and left it on for about 15 minutes, but it says to use it for about 5 minutes. After using it for the last 3 weeks, I can say that my skin is hydrated without feeling oily and my skin is much more smooth and soft.

unusually for a personal hygiene product this has no tamper seal so you can't tell if it's been opened/returned by someone else, so I won't be using it.

This Recovery Mask is both soothing and hydrating, leaving my skin feeling refreshed without causing any adverse effects. However, I was disappointed to discover that the product lacked a foil seal or inner cap, which I would have expected from a product of this type. On the bright side, the mask only needs to be left on for 5 minutes, making it a convenient option for those short on time. It also washes off effortlessly. The 100ml pot provides a generous amount of product, enough for at least six applications, depending on how much you use.

The Item arrived without a box or sealed and appeared that it could have been opened previously, the product inside was not full. The consistency seemed nice and thick, there was a mild smell to the cream not to unpleasant but not the best. I tried a small amount of the product on my neck, as my skin can react to some products and once it had been on my skin for a small amount of time I felt my skin getting warm then hot I washed the product off before it began to hurt. I am not convinced it is completely organic.
